Kurt has done an awesome job for my building and repair work over the last 15 years. I had my kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled by Kurt Marriner in preparation for selling my house.  I couldn't be happier with the result and was able to sell the house for a considerable amount over the asking price.  All the work was first class and of high quality.  Kurt has a penchant for doing things right and he is clearly very knowledgeable regarding construction methods, practices, materials, and construction building codes.  He provided many good sugggestions for materials and fixtures.  During the work he identified numerous problems where previous work by others was done incorrectly or poorly.  He corrected the problem areas and brought everything up to code.  City inspections passed without a hitch.  I would not hesitate to recommend Marriner Construction to  anyone needing his services.  

Marriner  Construction has been extremely helpful in the construction of our new 4800 sq. ft. commercial building. Marriner Construction has ably performed a wide variety of tasks, ranging from wood framing, to concrete placing and finishing, to underground electrical, and plumbing installation. All aspects of their work  were meticulously planned and thought out to integrate well with all other  parts of the job.   I am extremely happy with the work they have done to this point, and I look forward  to working with them in the future.

During the past 20 years, Kurt has remodeled three bathrooms, one kitchen, built a hardwood deck, and an arbor.  Plus other odds and ends for us. Every job has been done to perfection. During the last 24 years, Kurt has done multiple projects for us, large and small including:    ​

2. Put in a Kempis hardwood floor in our living and dining room.   

3. Crown molding throughout our home.  

4. Installed a gas fireplace in an existing wood burning one.  

5. Kurt took down the existing chimney saving the brick and rebuilding the chimney.  

6. A beam reinforcement of a second story.        

Kurt's tile work is beautiful.  He has great ideas as to design, listens to our concerns and has always been very pleasant.  Kurt has a large array of tools and is efficient with his time.  We hope to continue with him for years.
